Rebuilt in 2023 from what was a two-story boathouse, Tree-Top Cottage features an Open Floor Plan, with breathtaking elevated views of Lake Erie through 3 large sliding glass doors or a private balcony with Adirondack chairs and a breakfast table. Inside are two full bathrooms, one with a SPA jet shower panel, overhead heat, and LED mirrors. A Queen-Size Nectar brand bed provides luxurious comfort, and a leather couch seats you in front of a faux-stone electric fireplace, and a 50" Roku HDTV.
SeaSide Cottage was designed to be the perfect couples getaway, quiet, romantic, and connected to nature with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors across the entire front of the cottage so you can take in elevated views of the waterfront, and private beach, only 100ft away. Sitting on 1.7 acres, the waterfront is over 400ft+ from the road, allowing you to escape the busy sounds of traffic and people. The cottage itself is private and decorated in a nautical boutique styling, and stocked for comfort with all new amenities, and a space that is cleaned thoroughly after each and every guest. An electric faux-stone fireplace, 50" Roku TV, and a strong WIFI signal let you decide when to connect, or disconnect and enjoy your time here in peace. Perfect for a getaway on a weekend or an extended vacation we try to help make our guests stays special.
The property is located directly on the Lake Erie waterfront, on 1.7 acres. It is only 10 minutes from Geneva-on-the-Lake or dozens of highly rated Wineries, the closest of which, "Vincent William Wine", is only 3 minutes away. The neighborhood is full of charming lakefront houses, cottages, villas, and historical nautical style estates. Romantic and quiet, houses here have long, deep properties that offer privacy on the lakefront, creating a peaceful setting often frequented by ducks, Blue Herons, American Eagles, and seagulls.

March 2026 5.00Our stay at the cottage was excellent, exactly as advertised! Coming into the home, you’re immediately greeted with a beautiful and well kept living space, complete with everything you’d want and need for any sort of getaway. Incredibly clean, and instantly and continually welcoming. Despite the cold weather on our stay, it didn’t take away from the magnificent view, and being able to watch the lake from almost anywhere in the cottage was a really special experience. Finally, our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. They reached out with local recommendations, some very interesting facts about the house we were staying at, and are incredibly open to helping out in any way necessary, something I really appreciated! We wholeheartedly plan to return next summer, when the weather is better, and we’re able to take full advantage of the beach right on property!
