It is only 10 minutes from Geneva-on-the-Lake or dozens of highly rated Wineries, the closest of which, "Vincent William Wine", is only 3 minutes away. The neighborhood is full of charming lakefront houses, cottages, villas, and historical nautical style estates. Romantic and quiet, houses here have long, deep properties that offer privacy on the lakefront, creating a peaceful setting often frequented by ducks, Blue Herons, American Eagles, and seagulls.

October 2025 5.00We absolutely loved Dan’s cottage. It was everything we were looking for. You feel welcome the moment you pull in the driveway. My husband and I enjoyed visiting some wineries and restaurants that Dan recommended, and I enjoyed seeing the sunset out last night while chatting with Dan and Brenda. I highly recommend and we’re hoping to come back next summer with our kids and grandkids!! Thank you again to our wonderful hosts!
