The names overlap, and the towns sit near each other, but a listing addressed in one isn't automatically in the other.

Plenty of properties are, but "near Geneva" and "on the water" are two separate claims, and one doesn't guarantee the other. Surrounding Lake Erie towns, Madison included, have rentals that genuinely border the lake, and ours is one specific example.
